Your lecture application

Your Submission

For now, we need little more than a short abstract of 500 to 1.500 characters. Choose an engaging topic and formulate your text carefully. First impressions counts.

The presentation format

We're looking for contributions of 45 to 90 minutes. Whether it's experience and project reports, tips and tricks, panels or roundtables on selected topics, workshops, new features, or best practices—the more practical relevance, the better. We explicitly welcome contributions in formats other than lectures.

Newcomer Program

Never given a presentation before? No problem: As a first-time speaker with no stage experience, you have the opportunity to receive support from experienced mentors. Simply select “Newcomer: (first talk)” in the Speaker Level field of the Call for Papers form and we will take care of your support.

Important Deadlines

The call for papers is open until June 8, 2026.

The acceptances and rejections have already been sent out. The program was published on August 1, 2025.

You will find your electronic ticket in your profile. You can download it there under "My event" and show it digitally on your smartphone. If you prefer a printout, we ask you to print your ticket at home and bring it with you. We will provide appropriate sleeves including a lanyard on-site.

What do I need to bring as a speaker?

Please bring your presentation and your own laptop
an adapter if you are a Mac user!

as a backup: your presentation on a USB stick

Information on booking tickets for the training day

As a main speaker, you will receive a free ticket for the conference. If you would like to attend the training day, please book a paid ticket via our shop.

Wardrobe

You will find the checkroom in the entrance area of the NCC Ost. It will be staffed for the entire duration of the event. Lockers are available on Level 1 (in the Press Center) and Level -1.

Goodie for speakers

This year, speakers will once again receive a free shirt as a goodie. Feel free to pick it up at the DOAG booth on Level 1.
